					Matt came in to address a leak(s) in the basement sink. He switched out some incorrect parts that I had used and also identified that the faucet itself needed to be replaced, as it was old and connections were no longer effective. He told me to go out and pick up a new faucet and call back. Picked up a new faucet and spoke with Michelle this morning. She will try to get someone out to install it this afternoon. Can’t beat the response!Michelle scheduled Drew to come in today to install the new faucet. Faucet is in now and works like it should. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ve used them before on various projects and they’ve always come through. Great work and great people working for them. Highly recommended!
